Condition: To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging (including all manuals, caps, and accessories).Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked service with insurance, as the gear remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. - •2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
Your gear should work perfectly from day one. If your item arrives damaged during transit, is incorrect, or develops a manufacturer fault, you are fully covered under the ACL:
